Alternate Faculty Member Duties & Responsibilities

If the lead member is unable to attend an ATF meeting, the designated alternate will do so and carry the voting privilege of the lead member for the institution/district. Alternate designees are expected to carry out the duties of the faculty member described in Faculty Member Duties & Responsibilities

The designated alternate faculty member should receive all meeting correspondence and documentation from the lead faculty member for whom they are substituting. The alternate faculty member will proactively source current information from the lead faculty member to be best positioned for participation in the meeting.
