Recovery Plan – Add Recovery Plan

Click on the Eval tab.

Click on Add Recovery Plan.

The following page should open. From this view you see the Patient’s diagnoses, services received, medications prescribed and toxicology results to assist you in creating the recovery plan.

Click on Add Review Plan.

The Add Recovery Plan box will then pop up. Check all the information and select the appropriate Treatment Phase by clicking on the drop-down arrow and select the phase you need. Then select the Review Frequency by clicking on the drop-down arrow and select the number of days until the next review. Review Date should be the date you do the Recovery plan. Next Review should show the date the Next Review is due. After everything is filled in, click on Save.
