All patients are required to have a Photo ID uploaded into their individual account.
New patients will have a default icon to appear. Patient ID’s should be obtained with 48 hours of being admitted to the clinic.
Save all patient photos in your “Pictures Library”. Each Photo should be labeled with the patient’s name and client ID number.
You may also list the clinic location, if you have multiple clinic locations within SAMMS.
From the Client Information Screen, locate the default icon for the patient
Click “ Change” and locate the file source for your saved photo
Select “Photos” and locate the patient name, upload and save the image.
