Adding a Recovery Plan – Problems

If your Recovery Plan includes Current Problems, you will need to add the Problems first. To do this click on the Problem tab and then click on Add Problem.

Type in what the Problem is and check off the box if it is Medical. Then click on Add Problem.

Continue with this process until all Problems are added.

If you need to delete a Problem, select the Problem and click on Delete Problem.
