Auto-registration of toolchain

When executing the CT, it extracts the information of Visual Studio compiler installed in user PC and the information GCC compiler installed along with the CT and registers the toolchain automatically (the registered toolchain is not registered again.).

The auto-registered toolchain can be checked in [Window] -> [Preferences] -> [Toolchain] window, and it displays the message “Automatically generated.” in the description.
