Install V-Berth Panel

Dry fit the V-berth panel which should have been preglassed on both sides. Trim panel as needed to facilitate assembly. Remove panel and use a squeezy bag to apply a thick bead of epoxy along the top sections of the v-berth doubler with an extra thick bead around the perimeter. While the epoxy is still soft, sweep in a 1/2” fillet around the perimeter top and glass with 6oz fiberglass tape. Clean up joints inside the compartment to minimize sanded and sharp edges.
