Attach Deck onto Boat

Lay the deck panels onto the boat with the laminate facing down. Dry fit and trim as needed. These pieces are floppy and hard to move around so it may be necessary to assemble these on the boat into their final single piece. Glue down the deck a section at a time starting at the bow by lifting up the panel, apply a bead of epoxy on the top of the permanent frames and lay it back down with some weight over the frames to get a bit of squeeze out. Use masking tape to pull the deck edge together. Sight down the deck edge to make sure the hull panel and the deck are taking on a fair curve. Adjust as needed. Apply thickened epoxy between the tape to bond the deck edge permenantly. Remove the tape and fill the rest of the seam. Move onto the two side decks when the front is stabilized using the same process.
