Attach Hull Sides

Attach Hull Sides and Bow Panel- Starting at the bow, attach the large hull panels (HULL 3) onto the boat with zip ties. Be careful to get the bow piece perfectly plumb. Use zip ties to loosely attach the hull panels to the bulkheads. Double check the alignment of the parts and the hull seam as you lightly snug up the zip ties. Make sure to sight down the hull panel and make sure that it is running perfectly fair. You do not want to see any bumps or hollows where the bulkheads meet. Adjust the zip ties or fit of the bulkheads as necessary. Once aligned, use a squeezy bag to apply epoxy stitches between the zip ties. Once setup, remove zip ties, sweep in 1/2” fillets, and tape all inside seams with 6oz glass.
