Dry Fit The Second Panel- Lay the second panel into the build jig and note how the bow pieces (H2-S & H2-P) come together. You will need to miter the ends so they fit together nicely. Do not change the outside surface of the panels— you should only have to remove material on the inside of the joint to get them to come together nicely. It is ok to remove a bit extra foam on the inside of the joint as it will get filled in with epoxy.
Fine Tune Panels at Bow- Double check how all the panels go together at the bow. You may need to slightly bevel the edges of the bottom panel at the bow to get all the seams to line up. It is fine to have some gaps as they will get filled with thickened epoxy. Once you are satisfied with the fit of the panels, zip tie the edges together loosely.
