Skew Has Two Similar Calls In the Section X Bearing

While in Skew Option, there are two calls in the Section X Bearing drop-down that are similar and going the same way (Ex: N89-59-55E and N89-34-18E). Which do I choose?

ANSWER: The calls should be opposite one another (Ex: S89-41-51E and N89-45-36W). There may be extra vertices in the SECTION LAYER.
1.GET OUT of edit mode in parcel layer.
2.GO INTO the section layer in edit mode.
3. CLICK on the section you’re working in.
4. CLICK Edit
5. DELETE/ALINE VERTICES until there are only four in the section, one in each corner.
6. APPLY
7. CANCEL
8. ENTER Edit mode in parcel layer and try skew option again.
