Split Fails to calculate AgLand from Parent

Sometimes the Ag Land may not transfer over on a Split.

• LandMark not running on the user’s primary screen
• Shapefile contains errors and may need to be fixed
• No Land Use mapped

To move around these issues so the user doesn’t have to calculate by hand there are a few options.

If no data transfers over but an Ag Land Summary still runs on the map the user can choose to move part of the Ag Land.

To move part of Ag Land

GO TO the Ag Land data tab the split

FIND the soil code and matching use

RIGHT CLICK

SELECT move part

TYPE IN the number of acres you wish to move to the child

To move all acres of the soil and use
DOUBLE CLICK

If a soil is recorded but not available to select, the user can UPDATE the appraisal side from the map once the split is complete.
