Removing a Building ~ Video

This video covers:

• Deleting a Parcel Sketch (which removes all the residential data)
• Deleting an Improvement from the Site Plan
  

There are two ways a user can remove a building in Landmark.

1. To Remove Entire Sketch

From the Appraisal File Parcel Sketch (tab)
Tools — Remove Building
A pop up will appear.

ANSWER: Yes to remove

2. To Remove a Structure from the Parcel Sketch

From the Appraisal File Site Plan (tab)

OPEN the sketch in edit mode
CLICK Edit Site Plan
SELECT the building to remove by using until building is highlighted in red

SELECT Edit – Delete or CLICK
A warning will pop up.

CLICK Yes to delete

If user deletes something by accident, they may be able to go to a recent dataset (a saved snapshot of LandMark—if one is available) and recover what was lost.
