Question: Why am I having trouble with importing or exporting photos and field cards to/from the tablet? It appears they transferred, but I can’t open them.

Answer: It is most likely a connection problem. Most problems with importing/exporting photos and field cards to/from tablet arise when the user tries to use transferred data via WiFi.

Instead, please connect using an ethernet cable (not WiFi) to ensure a continuous connection when Importing or Exporting photos and field cards.
