LandMark Not Following MapAnalyzer

Why isn’t LandMark following MapAnalyzer?
Why is LandMark frozen when going from MapAnalyzer to LandMark?
Why is LandMark in an Index when it shouldn’t be?

ANSWER: If a user selects a multi-polygon parcel or clicks on a blank parcel, while linked to LandMark and Dynamic Indexing is checked, this may bring the account up in an Index in LandMark.

Identify these polygons in the MapAnalyzer footer by the selected polygon count . This shows how many polygons are being selected on the map. If this number exceeds two (2), it will pull up that account in LandMark under an Index.

The Fix: Users can either…
1. Uncheck Dynamic Indexing
OR
2. Order by account in LandMark to get out of the index. Ordering by account, will take LandMark out of an Index, yet keep Dynamic Indexing turned on in MapAnalyzer.
