Hiding a Person’s Address to Protect Them

How do I hide a person’s address to protect them?

ANSWER: Some people (law enforcement officers, judges, celebrities, etc…) may request their address be redacted or hidden to protect themselves and their family.
To do this user must edit the Master Name and Address File.

Assessment File —Edit — Edit Name Record
This window will open (in edit mode).
CHECK the Redact Mailing Info box
EXIT and SAVE

Once redacted a Redacted label will show by the account number in the Assessment Data tab.
