How do I value after a fire or tornado?

ANSWER: User can address partial damage from a fire or tornado a couple different ways:

1. FOR HOUSE AND OUTBUILIDINGS, use functional depreciation on the individual structure. (User may want to create a task to do a follow-up check on the rebuild progress.)

2. FOR THE HOUSE ONLY, some counties check the partial complete box (in the Base Value Tab) to value percentage complete. Enter as a decimal 50%=.5
To review the rebuild progress for this method, user can run an index on all partial complete or assign tasks individually.
