Do I HAVE to sketch a “Required on Sketch” building?
ANSWER: Yes and No
YES, you MUST sketch
- On an account, if you sketch ONE outbuilding in the SITE PLAN, then you must sketch ALL subsequent outbuildings in the SITE PLAN (unless it’s a no sketch required building).
- On an account, if you sketch ONE outbuilding in the PARCEL SKETCH, then you must add ALL subsequent outbuildings in the PARCEL SKETCH (unless it’s a no sketch required building).
In the commercial appraisal file, if the building is required on sketch, then it MUST be sketched or will fall off.
NO, you DON’T HAVE to sketch a “required on sketch” building IF added in the Site Improvement Tab ONLY.
Some counties don’t sketch outbuildings at all.
Example: If adding buildings in the site improvement tab (and not sketching at all),THEN decide to add another by sketching, through the site plan, the non sketched buildings will delete.
In other words: If you sketch one, sketch them all. If you don’t sketch one, then don’t sketch them all.
