Adding Site Improvements to Site Plan ~ Video

This video shows user how to:

• Add an improvement to the site plan (which AUTOMATICALLY adds it to the Site Improvements Table)
• Add partial floor adjustment area
• Add Detail Area in an Improvement
• Add text to Site Plan (to further describe sketch)
  

Important: When user is adding an Improvement, it is important to add it to the Site Plan and NOT Site Improvement Table. If Required on Sketch box is checked in the Miscellaneous Cost Table (see below), the building will “fall off” and not be added — if added from the Site Improvement Table.
