Working Year--when to change

Question: When do I change the Working Year?

Answer: Update Working year ONLY when county is ready to start the next year’s revaluation process. Please see the Assessor’s Timeline (scroll down to June) for a list of things that must be done BEFORE updating the Working Year and starting the revaluation process. When user updates Working Year, the Base Year automatically updates.
