Why can’t I move a residential miscellaneous improvement to commercial miscellaneous improvement?

ANSWER: In the appraisal files, user CANNOT move a residential miscellaneous improvement to a commercial miscellaneous improvement because the miscellaneous improvements are tied to the building id. If attempted, the user will get this warning.
