Is there a way to enter older sales (ones not recorded or ones that didn’t come over in conversion) without it changing the current ownership?
ANSWER: Yes!
In the Sales File — Instrument Data Tab
While in edit mode…
MARK the update status as Complete instead of Pending and the owner’s name won’t update.
SAVE changes
