Additional August 2021 Update: When importing updated field cards from the tablet back into Landmark, the system now attempts to compress the PDF file, fixing the issue where the field card would be imported but was unable to be opened in the Attachments.

There is a new source for Mobile-Homes being moved from Real to Personal. This source is MH936 on Personal, but it will keep the Mobile-Home at the Real Assessment Level for the year. Once the county processes pending accounts, the source will be changed to the regular Mobile-Home on Personal with the Personal Property Assessment Level. This source can be changed by clicking the drop-down box on the source type when moving the Mobile-Home from Real to Personal.
