QP2 – Visual Inspection Plan (VI plan)

QP2 – Status of Visual Inspection Plan (VI plan) (68OS 2821 A)This question will look at the prior year VI Plan on the number of Parcels inspected compared to the total number of Parcels in the VI Year. There are reports to run to help user get total parcel count for VI area, clean-up inspected and entered and finally a count on total inspected and entered for the VI area parcel based and another appraisal record based.
1. Get total parcel count for VI area by running modified Assessment Inspections Query include VI Area.
2. RUN Inspection Listings to show accounts in VI area that haven’t been inspected or entered for the VI area. (Note: If ran from Assessment File, the count will be parcel based. If ran from the Appraisal File, count will be appraisal record based.) Clean up non inspected or non entered.
3. RUN Annual Insp Count Parcel for parcel-based report.
4. RUN Annual Inspection Count for appraisal record-based report.

Keep in mind. Appraisal record based counts MAY be higher than the total parcel count because some parcels may have more than one appraisal record.
