Update Assessed Values

After making ANY changes in the Appraisal File that would affect the Appraisal Value, user needs to Update Assessed Values.

This may be done individually or in mass by running an index.

There are two places to do it from: The Assessment File or Appraisal File.

Always Update Assessed Values BEFORE sending Change of Value Notices

From the Appraisal File (Preferred Method)
Appraisal — Revaluation

When box appears:
CHOOSE Revaluation Update Options
CLICK Continue

To Update Assessed Values individually from the Appraisal File go to:
Edit — Update Assessed Values

When box appears:
CHOOSE Revaluation Update Options
CLICK Continue
