QP5 – Is Ownership Completely Mapped (68OS 2821 D) A report shall be collected from the Assessor’s System indicating the percent of Mapped Parcels in the County… (Copied from the 2023 Performance Audit Updated July 12, 2023)

The Mapped Parcel Report shows a list of all mapped parcels, partial interest parcels that are mapped, and the total amount of mapped parcels as well as the percentage of the county that is mapped.

This report also shows the number of parcels that aren’t mapped, the amount of partial interest accounts that aren’t mapped, and the total amount of un-mapped parcels as well as a county wide percentage of parcels that aren’t mapped.

To print the Mapped Parcel Report, from the Assessment file go to:
File—Print—OTC Audits—Mapped Parcel Report

The Mapped Parcel Study Box will appear.
SELECT the Report Output type
CHECK the box for the system to print an attached list of all Un-Mapped accounts
CHECK box for Exclude Fractional Interest if desired
CLICK Continue button to print the report.

The Mapped Parcel Report will Print.
