To set an account value on a specific account, from the Sales Module — Sales Instrument Table

Find the account by going to Find — Account

CLICK Tools — Set Accounts Values

CLICK Yes

LandMark will roll the sales price over to the Assessment side. A pop-up should confirm: 1 account successfully updated. CLICK Close

If the pop up box says 1 accounts failed to update, CLICK View-Log to bring up a report in Notepad explaining why the account could not be updated.

Once the sales price successfully updated, user can go back to the Assessment File and find that account to verify that the sales price was updated.
