QP18 – Parcel Splits are being correctly Mapped and Valued (68OS 2821 C-E) The County will provide up to five Accounts in which a “split” occurred during the previous year. The County will provide for each Account: The Deed, A Map of each Account After the Split, A Landmark Statement Print Off or equivalent prior to the Split, and a Property Record Card of each Account After the Split. For EACH account the county must provide:

  1. Copy of the Deed
  2. A map after the split
  3. A LandMark Statement print off or equivalent prior to the Split
  4. A Property Record Card after the Split

1 PRINT a copy of the deed

2 PRINT map of each account after the split
CLICK the MapAnalyzer button
The parcel should be highlighted.
CLICK Print — Record Card
The Map Card pdf should generate.

3 PRINT LandMark Statement or equivalent

4 PRINT Property Card after split
File — Print — Property Record Card

FIND the PARENT account BEFORE the Split by accessing a Tax or Abstract Data Set
and PRINT Property Record Card and a Map Card of the Parent Parcel before the Split.
