KellPro Deed Viewer

If LandMark is linked to KellPro in the Cloud, users can choose to view the deed but clicking the Display Deed button

To ensure the right deeds are searchable, user must first choose the KellPro Deed Types.

Once the Deed Viewer is open, user can read the original deed from the Clerk’s office with the Instrument Number, Book/Page, Page Count, Instrument Type, Instrument Date, Filing Date, Doc Stamp, Mortgage Amount, Grantor, Grantee and Legal listed on the left side. These automatically populated fields are the same fields that automatically populate when creating the sale.

Toolbar for Deed (On the Left)
This toolbar controls the deed itself.

Copy Legal Description to Text (Coming Soon)

CLICK Text Selection box
CLICK, HOLD AND DRAG the red box around the part of deed to turn into text.
CLICK Clipboard/Plus
Then you can copy and paste from the notepad.

Tool Bar on Right

Exit —to close deed viewer
Search on toolbar AND Search in lower-left corner — opens the search window

This allows user to search in many different ways.

Just type in how you want to search and click Search.

Example: Grantor with name of Smith.

All Smith grantors will come up.

Double-click on the one to view.

Options Down-arrow

Themes > Allows user to change the page theme colors

Results Order Allows user to choose order search results by book, series or filing date.
