Property Profile Study

The Property Profile Study gives the user statistical data on sales and appraisal summaries in a chosen area (subdivision or neighborhood range) and time range and time series analysis on price/sq foot.

This will tell the user:

• How accurate the assessment is
• What is typical for the Neighborhood/Subdivision and what is selling
• Value change for each property

Use Subdivision (use code) and Neighborhood (use code)
If imputing a range, remember to put .. in between. Ex: 45..49
