INSTRUMENT TABLE

From the Main Menu, go to Sales — Instrument Table

This will open the Sales Information Module, Instrument Data Tab that holds sales information for a parcel.

To view a snapshot of the sales information of a parcel, on the day of sale, go to Appraisal Snapshot.

CLICK the New Button to enter New Sales Info

A better way is to Sell Account from the Assessment Module.

If using the menu option Edit – Add Account if the sale removed the cap (Included Parcels tab) and any of the account(s) are real property and do not have the cap remove flag selected you will get a message to review the accounts.
