KellPro Deed Types List ~ Cloud

To ensure the right deeds are searchable in the cloud, user must first choose the KellPro Deed Types.

From Sales — File — View — KellPro Deed Types

The KellPro Deed Types box appears.
The deeds types that are included in the KellPro Deeds Report will have a checkmark in the Included box.

CHECK Include to include that deed type on the report
CLICK Refresh List
PRINT List to show all selected deed types

To Print the KellPro Deeds List

From Sales — File – Print – KellPro Deed List

• Users can select a start date and an ending date to print the deeds.
• Users can also choose to Exclude Entered Instruments by clicking the box and all deeds already entered will be filtered out of the Report.
• The Deed Types that show up on the report can also be edited here by clicking on Edit Deed Types. To print the report list click Create Report. To Download click Download Deeds.
