We have introduced a new feature that enables actions to be linked to various applications within our Quality Management System (QMS) suite. This enhancement supports integration with the following applications:

  • Audit: Link to audit observations.
  • CAPA: Link to CAPA records.
  • Complaint: Link to complaints.
  • Incident: Link to incident reports.
  • Management Review: Link to management reviews.
  • Quality Event: Link to quality events.
  • Risk: Link to risk assessments.

How It Works:

  1. Select a Source: In the New Action form, use the Source of the Action dropdown to select the type of item you want to link the action to (e.g., CAPA, Quality Event, Risk Assessment, etc.).

  1. Assign an Instance: Upon selecting the source, a grid will appear, allowing you to assign a specific instance from the associated application (e.g., a particular quality event or audit observation).
