To bolster the tracking and evaluation of action effectiveness throughout the Action Item Management workflow, we have implemented the following enhancements:

  1. Effectiveness Period Date Fields

We have added two new date fields — Effectiveness Period Start Date and Effectiveness Period End Date — to the New Action form. These fields allow users to specify the period during which the effectiveness check occurs, ensuring thorough assessment within the designated timeframe.

  1. Effectiveness Check Accordion

We have also introduced a new accordion titled Effectiveness Check to the Sign Off on the Action form. In this accordion, users can document and communicate their evaluation findings, providing supporting evidence in the form of files or descriptive notes.
