4.2.4. Enhanced SCAR Management Workflow

To improve efficiency and clarity in the SCAR Management workflow, we have applied the following updates:

1. Task Streamlining and Renaming

We have streamlined and renamed tasks to ensure better alignment with workflow objectives.

• The Create SCAR task has been removed, having served a similar function to the starter task in the workflow.
  • Consequently, this starter task has been renamed from New SCAR to Create SCAR.
  
  
• The Submit to Supplier task has also been renamed, now called Execute SCAR Investigation.

2. SCAR Rejection

At the Review SCAR stage, users now have the option to reject a SCAR, returning it to the supplier for necessary modifications. This ensures that all identified issues are addressed before final approval.
