13.2. Execute SCAR Investigation

Once the SCAR has been created, the supplier representative will receive an email notification prompting them to address the SCAR.

Clicking on the button in the email will direct users to the Execute SCAR Investigation form. In this form, users can review the request and provide additional insights into the root cause investigation.

1. Accordions: The form includes several collapsible sections, known as accordions, which each serve a specific purpose.
   • Issue Assessment by Issue Creator
   • Root Cause
2. Comment(s): This is a rich text field that allows users to provide comments or notes related to the SCAR.
3. Submit Form: This button allows users to submit the completed form.
   • If selected, the assigned user will be tasked with reviewing the SCAR.
