We have added a new internal action called Create a New Control, which allows users to set up a new business control in EPC.
How It Works:
Creating the Action
When users select the Create a New Control option in the New Action form, specific fields related to this action will appear. These fields allow users to specify the EPC folder where the control will be created and, if desired, to provide a name, identifier, and description for the control.
Executing the Action
Once the action is created and submitted, the assigned owner will receive the Execute the Action task, where they can finalize any necessary details about the control. They can then click the Create/Update Control button to initiate the setup process.
- Once completed, a confirmation message will appear, indicating that the control has been successfully added or updated in the specified EPC folder.
- A link will be provided, allowing users to view the control directly in EPC.
