7.2.1. Compliance Program

In this module, users can create, edit, and delete the compliance types displayed in the Compliance Program dropdown. This dropdown is found in the New Action form.

1. Add: This button allows users to add a new compliance program, revealing the following input fields:
   
   • Active: This checkbox determines the status of the compliance program option.
     • When selected, the option is marked as active, making it visible in the Compliance Program dropdown. When deselected, the option is rendered inactive and will be hidden from view.
   • Compliance Program/Title: This is a text field that allows users to input the title(s) of the compliance program (in English [default], Arabic, German, or French). It is a mandatory field.
   • Prefix: This is a text field that allows users to input the prefix associated with the compliance program.
2. Discard Changes: This button allows users to discard their changes.
3. Save Changes: This button allows users to save their changes.
4. Delete ( ): This button allows users to delete a compliance program.
   

   **To confirm the deletion of items in the grid, click on the Save Changes button or simply click outside the grid. To undo deletion, click on either the Discard Changes button or the Undo ( ) icon.

*To edit content within the grid, simply click inside the desired cell. For additional options or actions related to the grid, please utilize the kebab menu ( ) located in the upper rightmost corner.

!If a compliance program is in use, users cannot delete it without first deleting all instances of its use.
