9.2.4. Additional Information

In this section of the Execute the Action form, users can review and, where applicable, modify additional information about the action.

1. Effectiveness Check Duration: This is a single-select dropdown field that retrieves the list of predefined durations. It allows users to specify the duration of the effectiveness check.
   

   **Durations are created and managed in the Duration section of Action Item Settings.

2. Resolution: This is a radio button that allows users to choose the resolution status that defines how the action item addresses the issue at hand, selecting only one option from a set of mutually exclusive options. It is a mandatory field.

   • Resolution Options

     1. Permanent: This option indicates a long-term solution that permanently addresses the issue.
     2. Temporary: This option indicates a short-term fix intended to mitigate the issue until a more permanent solution can be implemented.
     3. Workaround: This option indicates an alternative approach that bypasses the issue without directly resolving the underlying cause.
