7.3. Action Item Settings

Hovering over Action Item Settings reveals the Duration option, which directs users to the Duration module.

Defining Durations

In this module, users can create, edit, and delete the options displayed in the Effectiveness Check Duration dropdown. This dropdown is found in the Execute the Action form.

1. Add: This button allows users to add a new duration, revealing the following input fields:
   
   • Active: This checkbox determines whether the duration is displayed as an option in the Effectiveness Check Duration dropdown.
     • When selected, the option is marked as active and will appear in the dropdown; when unselected, it will be hidden from view.
   • Duration/Title: This is a text field that allows users to input the title(s) of the duration (in English [default], French, Arabic, or German). It is a mandatory field.
2. Discard Changes: This button allows users to discard their changes.
3. Save Changes: This button allows users to save their changes.
4. Delete ( ): This button allows users to delete a duration.
   

   **To confirm the deletion of items in the grid, click on the Save Changes button or simply click outside the grid. To undo deletion, click either Discard Changes or Undo ( ).

*To edit content within the grid, simply click inside the desired cell. For additional options or actions related to the grid, use the kebab menu ( ) located in the upper-right corner.
