We have introduced a new field in the New Action form: the Resolution radio button. Users can now select one of the following three options to define the nature of the action’s resolution:

  • Permanent: Indicates the action provides a long-term solution that permanently addresses the issue.
  • Temporary: Indicates the action addresses the issue only temporarily until a permanent solution is implemented.
  • Workaround: Indicates the action offers an alternative approach to bypass the issue without addressing its root cause.
