The top section of the report shows slicers, which allow slicing and dicing of data in various ways.
The below table explains each slicer available in the report:
Slicer | Explanation |
---|---|
Company | This slicer allows us to select the legal entity for which we want to analyze the cash flows. |
Ext / ICO Vendor | This slicer allows us to select external or ICO vendors. Vendors are mapped into these two categories based on Vendor Groups (e.g. INT, GEN and other vendor groups). |
Vendor Industry Classification | This slicer allows us to select vendors classified based on the priority for payments. This classification is entered in evergreen in Subsegments form (e.g. A1, B1, B2…). |
Vendor Selection | This slicer allows us to type and search for a specific vendor. |
Client Selection | This slicer allows us to type and search for a specific client (customer). |
Month Selection | This slicer allows us to select the month and see the actual Bank Balance on a daily basis during the selected month. |
Vendor Invoice Selection | This slicer allows us to search for a specific vendor invoice number. |
Client Invoice Selection | This slicer allows us to search for a specific client (customer) invoice number. |
End of Week | This slicer allows us to select the week for which we want to see the expected AR/AP breakdown. |
Liability Selection | This slicer allows us to select a specific type of liabilities that are an element of cash outflows. |
Once the filters are provided in the above-mentioned slicers, the report will automatically update the rest of the report.
