Overview
Drill-through to Project Sub-status shows weekly rolling totals for Planned Revenue, Total Revenue, the difference between the two and the status which indicates if the project is:
• Underbudget – more than 20% underbudget.
• On Track – between 0% and 20% underbudget.
• At Risk – above budget for the period, but not over the total budget amount.
• In Overrun – above the total budget amount
The table below explains each column in Project Sub-status:
| Column | Description |
|---|---|
| Running Planned Revenue | The rolling total of Planned Revenue, which is based on Estimated Hours and Sales Price. |
| Running Total Revenue | The rolling total of Total Revenue. |
| Difference | The difference between Running Planned Revenue and Running Total Revenue. |
| Sub-Status | The status indicates if the project is Underbudget, On Track, At Risk, or in Overrun. |
