Overview

Project Schedule gives the ability to identify how the project is tracking against Estimated Hours and Planned Revenue. It shows how actual and planned values are spread out across the life of the project.

The matrix can be drilled on both rows and columns.

Drilling by rows shows the tasks assigned to resources and how the estimated and actual hours and revenue are split by task.

Drilling by columns shows data split or aggregation based on the chosen time granularity – years, quarters, months and weeks

The table below explains each column in Project Schedule:

Column Description
Resource Name The name of the resource working on the selected project.
Task ID_Name The unique identifier and the name of the activity resources worked on within the selected project.
Estimated Hours Estimation of hours a resource will spend working on a task.
Planned Revenue Planned Revenue is based on Estimated Hours and Sales Price.
Actual Hours Timesheet hours approved by Project Manager.
Actual Revenue Revenue based on Actual Hours and Sales Rate.
