This page is intended for determining which part of the assigned accrual the employee has “earned” up to a certain point in the year. This is especially useful in cases where an employee leaves the company, so the HR team needs to pay compensation for unused holiday according to the labour law.

The employee has been granted 25 days of annual leave for 2024, however, he is leaving the company after having worked in January:

Column Description
Holiday Accruals Total Accrual assigned to the worker at the beginning of the selected year (or at the beginning of employment if joined the company during the year).
Holiday Entitlement Calculated proportional part of the annual accrual to which he is entitled by working in the selected part of the year.
