Predictions of AR/AP are based on the invoices that already exist in the system (invoices issued to the clients/invoices received from vendors) and their due dates in the future.
As already mentioned, the details for Predicted AR and Predicted AP are obtained in a slightly different way- not via a drill through page, but via a button. For this reason, the details page will not be pre-filtered to a specific week. Instead, we can use End of Week slicer and select the week we want to see the predictions for.

Details assume following information displayed in the tables columns:

Column Description Additional Information
Client Name Names of the clients (customers) set up in evergreen.
Expected Cash Collection Original value of the client invoice that is expected to be paid during the selected week.
Unpaid AR/ Balance Amount expected to be received from the client during the selected week in the future (remaining unpaid balance on the client invoices).
Date Date when the client invoice was issued.
Due Date Date when the client invoice will become due for payment.
Avg Days Late Number of days from today to the due date of each expected client’s payment (will be 0 or negative number).
Due Date Adjusted Due Date corrected for the average number of days late they were on all the past client invoices.
Vendor Name Names of the vendors set up in evergreen.
Expected Vendor Payment Original value of the vendor invoice that is expected to be paid during the selected week.
Unpaid AP Amount expected to be paid to the vendor during the selected week in the future (remaining unpaid balance on the vendor invoices).
Due Date Date when the vendor invoice will become due for payment.
TransTypeName Type of the transaction (how the vendor transaction was posted – e.g. General journal, Vendor, Purchase order).
