Visualizations on the page show the following information: monthly trend of FTE and Headcount compared to each other; Headcount per department, list of 5 employees with the longest career in the company, days of sick leave by type of illness, % of unused holiday for all employees, total sick leave used by all employees.

However, all these analyses can be conducted at the level of a specific employee, job description, legal entity/department, or type of worker.
