Project Dashboard

Overview

Project Dashboard gives an overview of project progress and performance, and it indicates its health and risks.

The dashboard provides:
• Main project information: Project ID, Client, Project Manager, Project Type, End date,
Status, etc.
• KPIs such as CPI and SPI, Gross Margin, Variance at Completion.
• Overview of the progress (Actual vs Estimated Hours), ETC, EAC.
• Burndown chart which compares Estimated and Actualised Remaining Hours.
• Drill-through to weekly rolling totals for Planned Revenue, Total Revenue and the status
which indicates if the project is Underbudget, On Track, At Risk or in Overrun.
• Drill-through to details such as Timesheets, Resource Details and Project Schedule
