The view of the 1st page of the report (Global Cash Balance) is shown in the following screenshot:

The below table explains the columns on the main grid:

Please note that by clicking on the specific* row*, a dynamic tag will indicate the exchange rate applied to the accounting currency balance to calculate the display currency balance

Also, at the main account/voucher level will be available drill-through page with additional details.

You can right click on any field in the row and select Drill-through > Transaction Details:
