Template Modelers can now add phase data tags in object book templates, allowing EPC users to generate SOPs that include a list of all phases within a process or a compilation of flow objects and their corresponding phases.
This enhancement facilitates the creation of detailed business process SOPs, offering insights into the correlation between process phases and flow objects. It ensures stakeholders gain a clear understanding of the distinct phases involved in a process, contributing to more informative documentation.
To add phases included in the process within your template, use this syntax:
{#objects}{#object}{#phaseInfos}
{phaseName}{/phaseInfos}{/object}{/objects}
To list all phases and flow objects within them, use this syntax in your templates:
{#objects}{#object}{#phaseInfos}
{phaseName}{#phaseNodes}
• {name}{/phaseNodes}{/phaseInfos}{/object}{/objects}
