To synchronize with EPC, users will need the Synchronization with EPC application.

To access this application, refer to the following steps:

  1. From the Home Page, click on Admin App.

  1. Selecting Admin App directs users to the following subcategories:

  1. Click on User Management.

  1. Selecting User Management directs users to the following subcategories:

  1. Click on Synchronization with EPC.
    • Using this application, users can synchronize departments, users, and/or roles with EPC.
